WOODBINE MAYOR TALKS PROSECUTOR REPLACEMENT

The municipal prosecutor for Woodbine Mary D'Arcy Bittner has resigned and now the Borough of Woodbine needs to find a replacement for the position. Woodbine Mayor William Pickolycky told Coastal Broadcasting that he has 30 days to nominate someone for the position with the council in Woodbine. At that point, the council can either accept or reject his nomination and if they reject the nomination, they can override his nomination and give the position to someone else. In the meantime, Pickolycky said that he is going to work with the judge to find out what the borough has to do in the meantime until a full time prosecutor is hired. Pickolycky just found out about the resignation on Wednesday and has no one in mind to fill the position as of yet.
