OOPS: ATLANTIC CITY CASINOS MUST HAVE ONE WEEK SMOKING BAN
Atlantic City officials announced today that the city's casinos must go through a one week ban on smoking indoors before the ban can be legally appealed. The city council met this week and decided to delay the implementation of a total indoor smoking ban in casinos for one full year. But city council will not meet again until October 22nd to rescind the ban, which is scheduled to go into effect on October 15th. As of now, that means the casinos must go smoke-free for one week before again allowing designated smoking areas.
