BAD PERFORMANCE: NEWARK AIRPORT WORST IN COUNTRY

If you're looking to get to there from here in a hurry, Newark's Liberty International Airport is not the way to fly. New data released this month shows that the airport ranked dead last in the country in on-time arrivals and was next to last in on time departures. About 8,000 planes were delayed at the Newark airport in April alone, which is about twice as many that were delayed in September, 2008. The FAA cites heavy volume and weather issues as the main culprits.
