DEAL ON PONDERLODGE CLOSE TO FINALIZED

Friday was deadline to hear on the Ponderlodge matter, and the state did not go forward with plans to demolish the site. State officials will give Stockton College a Memorandum of Agreement, and the school will have 10 days to sign. The agreement for the lease will place a branch of Stockton College on the Ponderlodge site for 20 years, and leave an option for renewal. The college will be using only 10 acres of the 253-acre site.
