Superior Court Judge Ray Batten is hearing a case today relating to the attempt to recall two of the three city commissioners in Wildwood. Batten began a hearing this morning regarding the attempted recall of Mayor Ernie Troiano and Commissioner Bill Davenport. The hearing was suspended this morning, and is expected to continue this afternoon. Wildwood Municipal Clerk Chris Wood had ruled that the recall was unsuccessful.
