SIX RESCUED OFF COAST OF OCEAN CITY

Six people were saved off the coast of Ocean City by the Coast Guard and a Good Samaritan. The Coast Guard received a call at 4:09 p.m. from a crew member aboard the Legal Holiday reporting they spotted two overturned sailboats and six people in the water. A rescue boat crew from Coast Guard Station Great Egg, N.J., arrived on scene and recovered three people. The crew of the Legal Holiday recovered the remaining three people. All six people were taken to the Ocean City Yacht Club in Ocean City. No injuries were reported.
